Ryan provides a great work culture like no other and it promotes employee welfare and professional growth and the professionalism endorsed by each of the leaders is truly tremendous.

Dislikes

I believe Ryan can improve their approach in salary and benefits and provide their employees with competetive salary advantage to avoid attrition. While the work we do in Ryan is highly valued and critical I think the scope of work given to the team members can be expanded and to open new opportunities. This gives employees a chance to get out of their comfort zone to a challenging career instead of the work being monotonous.

Decent Salary, few benefits, paid overtime, Job security, Office Transportation.

Dislikes

Work life balance , Forced Overtimes , too much of overtimes , Overbearing incompetent management or supervisors , Toxic environment, Promotions and Appraisals … etc

The company is good in safety of it's employees and cater there needs and wants what is pertaining to work like amenities and other things. They are constantly evolving.

Dislikes

Things I don't like. 1. Pay is very less. 2. No proper work life balance. 3. No proper management especially in our team. 4. A little trust issues.

Likes

Good for freshers. You can learn new things along with working day to day basis. Colleagues are very friendly. You can easily reach out to any higher level management for any queries.

Should improve the salary level.

The work culture of the company is very good and employee friendly. Senior management does it's best to make the employee feel valued and at peace. Everyone treats everyone around here with utmost trust and respect. Employee benefits and leave policies are also very good. Work life balance is well maintained.

Dislikes

One limitation would be pay scale and the compensation benefits. When compared to the market standard, the salary hikes and bonus payouts will feel little less aggressive and might demotivate especially senior folks. Also the pay variance between Associates and Senior Associates wouldn't be much. Depending on the process, you may experience limited growth in terms of working scope and learnings. All in all, its good for freshers but not for seasoned professionals who have high aspirations in terms of career growth and plan.
