They are into cost cutting and hence we are not geeti g any annual party, tours or any other kinds of perks. Also there should be a policy of hybrid work environment.

Nothing much to like except salary v dirty politics is played here . I won’t recommend anyone honest to work here. If you are good in art of buttering you will be perfect for else . You will ruin your future & life here

Working environment is good. Provide food for free. Having a great space for meeting. Upper management is helpful.

Food quality is decreasing day by day. Some experienced employee doesn't have functional knowledge. You have to complete office hours even if you done with your work.

RxAdvance is working on latest technology. I have learned lot of thing in RxAdvance. They understand employee feelings. All the manager work greatly towards company growth. All manager are very helpful. Onshore team is also very good, They give you chance to work on latest technology. Overall It is very good company.
