If you want to start your career at your own,then you can work here for 1 year and get your basics clear but at your own as there are only few persons who knows the things rest are just not aware of current technologies and they are the utmost senior people.

Dislikes

Lack of management. Building infrastructure but when it comes to providing good salary to employees they just show them the exit door Politics is somewhat at peak . No respect for the junior employees.

Nothing.. only few people makes the environment workable. Top management has no interpersonal skills don’t respect the employees can’t handle the large staff.

Everything.. politics on top.. doesn’t have a good leader in any of the field..

Learnt a lot from being a fresher to someone who can handle L1\L2 issues on both desktop as well as server levels. Being a woman, I was provided pickup and drop facilities by the company along with other benefits.

Dislikes

No dislikes as such. Timings were as per International time zones which was an inconvenience but thats how the business is setup

Working culture along with carrier and professional growth.

Time change perception. Every organisation should work towards more advancement and betterment of company as well employees. Its a continuous process.
