2days off in a week is the only good thing.

...ce hrs, take leave anytime etc. but if you have any emergency they won't bother. They deduct salary of freshers for 3 months. Shift timing is worse, no social life. I just hated to work their everyday. Not at all recommended.

...stuffs from Markets, negotiation is of high level not as per the standard norms. Experience doesn't matter in this organisation they will hire you as a fresher and salary will be the same. Implementation of lot of policies, which make employees to work under pressure, e.g. If you have long probation period of 6 months, why you deducting 2 months half salary. You have to go with either 2 months salary deduction or 3 months probation period, which is applicable on both freshers and experienced. And now one new rule implemented no paid sick leaves during probation and registation which is not appropriate. If you think notice period is negotiable, so you are wrong it's only on papers. Doesn't believe the condition of company is too worst, they have to take 3 months salary of employees and paid increment if hiked between 6 months, i.e the negotiation they really offers. And no one took action on these policies, every employee should know their right and to speak about it. Also if you are on leave on 10th, your salary will not be credited in your account Lol(Cheap tactics) I have completed 1 year but my salary is still not equals to my last organisation salary, while hiring they promised to give increase of 30-40% hike in previous salary, and now I can't even claim because it's only a promise, no written agreement. Politics is on peak nowadays. Organisation also have no worries of their existing employees, they are happy with hiring new people with low salary i.e the reason all experienced employees leaving day by day. Advised to serve resignation during the probation period, which is easier to quit, and you will get enough knowledge of work in an organisation.
