Great place for a student!staff have stood by the institution like a family through thick and thin since it's inception! always welcomed with open arms!there are staff who are keeping the fort up till today and their sense of loyalty is what makes the environment safe!the principal despite the backlash must say is very efficient in taking immediate action for the wellbeing of students and patients and i must say my 5years here have been more off good and less of bad!will always be a proud alumni!RV is HOME❤️

I hope the staff get the due respect they deserve and are paid well!it would be great if the workload is shared at all level irrespective of the position.starting from interns there is great disparity in what one does and how much over the others and same with staff.i find every young newly hired staff just doing paper work and their enthusiasm to teach being restricted by the paper work!maybe a healthy distribution irrespective of the hierarchy will preserve the enthusiasm and limit the fear of being overworked this will favor more growth!

Excellent teaching methodology including lectures , seminars and tutorials, independent study , laboratory and practical learning , projects and e-learning and learning through research -- all done by a group of enthusiastic teachers . Infrastructure -- High speed internet facility, excellent infrastructure .library and computer, and high standard hostel and mess facility. R.V. Dental colleges is one of the premier dental institutes in India . It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka and is recognized by the Dental Council of India . It has received the prestigious NAAC A Grade . Run by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust which was founded in 1940 and which has over 19 institutions under its management . I feel proud to be a part of the teaching faculty of this institution for over 25 years .
