When you have a clear understanding of what you need to accomplish, you can enjoy a less stressful work environment. Having consistent expectations is also important, and good companies will outline what they expect of each employee.

Dislikes

I like my job, but my employer has room for improvement regarding staff retention. We’ve had a lot of turnovers, so when we get an email announcing yet another employee is leaving, I can sense the team’s attitude as a whole deteriorating. I’ve enjoyed all the projects and work, and the office atmosphere is lovely.
