Dislikes

Salary structure is very weak. You can't expect any promotion from the organisation. Rules, regulations, maintaining rules - levels are very weak from my point of view.

Do not allow to work as per job profile. It's a totally family business affair No proper traing or skill Dev. Hire and fire culture. No job satisfaction Attrition rate is more than 25 % Every month one staff exit forcibly. Total misuse of cash transaction. Etc etc....

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
