Employees can only get so much work done in a day, and a good employer or manager understand this when you have a clear understanding of what you need to accomplish, you can enjoy a less stressful work environment.

with outsourcing, downsizing , globalization and pressure to meet the bottom line , job security has become a scarce commodity, A substantial amount of employees have been made to feel as valuable to the company as a paper clip. therefore the backlash has been that workers are changing jobs two to there years.
