They play big boss game inside company, a little mahabharat you can say HR MANAGER - very clever lady, she is thinking that she is owner of company. Aata jata kuch nahi, bs rajniti krwa lo.Ye company grow ni kregi jab tk ye hai yaha, logo to ladwati hai. Fayeda uthati hai. Purchase Manager - shakuni of company. Same andho k beech kana raza. He thinks he know to much ,but same zero.company ko barbaad karne m dusra hath. Production Manager - Head of cheapest guy in company, isko knud ki team se baat krne ke manners nahi hai. King of fool. Leave nahi deta, kaam bhi nhi karne deta, is bewkoof ka target hai company band krwane ka. King of zero skill, you can say he is a good operator only.

Management is good. Great company for beginners! High precise components and huge variety enables a person to know more and more parameters and how these parameters are achieved. One of the finest quality.

No Growth for Chemical Engineer. Suface Treatment Manger is very narrow minded & rude in nature. Management beleives in PPEs only for safety measures. No safety drill/safety induction is conducted. If any accident happens during work, Management investigate only PPEs. No other safety hierarchy measure. Even they don't register lose time injurey in DISH. Biased management for their favourit one. Co Male employees lack in ettiquets with female at shopfloor Lack of female empowerment, diversity and inclusion. Any time layoff warning from management.
