I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Good work environment, shifting duties availed on lockdown periods, maintaining social awareness, sanitized facility availed, working with co-employees are really amazing, good work spirit through all service providers. Overall good experience of dealer based working.

Dislikes

Some old staffs are holding their position without any proper quality & Certificates by Support of one Service Head Management Staff. So the simple things they made difficulties for other working staffs . Also the new persons are threaten by those old persons if they do not participate their (old Staffs) illegal work. Also after reported the Service Head they don't get any justice from him.
