A product development with MNC like culture.

Dislikes

No proper variable pay and annual increments. Company is doing bad financially and share price nose-dived in all 4 years. Also, having high-debt and cost cutting steps in progress.

Opportunity to learn lot of things. Work satisfaction was really high . Knowledgeable employees .

Dislikes

Hard working employees are not valued and management can be improved . Compensation is really Low compared to competitors. Lab folks not professionall . No work life balance . Perks are less .

One of the best company I have ever worked. Has got the best people from drivers who picks and drop us every day to the Director who takes care of the BU. Awesome ex and current managers. Few of the managers are my college hence it makes a best environment when you know the people and team for so long time. Ruckus feels 2nd family.

Dislikes

People has left Ruckus only for two reasons frankly. One is compensation and second is relocation due to family reasons. Compensation can be better as per the market standard.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
