Good for people with Low Will & Low at Skill. Could live Lazy life with no ambitions. Good for gossip loving crowd. A place where you could refer you enemy to see him/ her getting into depressions.

An Organization worst at upholding culture, values & Respect of an individual, silently. Sr Management is insecure whether the employees talk to their boss. No space to grow or upskill. If you try to improve, you will get back stabbed. if you try doing something innovative, after your work you will be thrown like a curry leaf. Management & HR does Partiality supporting one side of people whom they favor & would never try to listen to the the other side of the story. Overall its a company one should never join if they are ambitious. Refer you ambitious Enemy if you wish they have to live in a toxic atmosphere where once the job is done they get thrown out with depressions. An Organization good for people doing granny's talk or a platform good for complaining, gossips draining the self respect of an individual. Work out is somehow extracted to get good numbers on the board though. Some employees turn to do anything & EVERYTHING to achieve higher position but does not look like as they sound very sweet and calm. Award winners of corporate politics who tend to look decent, silent & the best humans on earth who tend to be the backstabbers ultimately. Employees join, quit and again rejoin to work until retirement with their own groups and they support each other giving no chance for others to grow and if they tend to find an other person growing, they are made to drown. Ex: Few quit Aruba Networks, joined Juniper and returned from there with a group and they support each other & spread negativity about new joiners who tend to grow or innovate. No scope of innovation is showcased out of the team as they do not want that person grow. If the top management get to know about an individual & if they get to talk to the innovator of that team, then the immediate boss of that innovator states that "He is busy & may not have time for other work". Honestly speaking there is no much work to do though. I Conclude saying - Experiences speaks. Try doing your work, once its done and if you see that you are getting your position questioned. Quite the job with integrity holding your self respect.

India Sales Team is completely political & they fetch you the work out of your spine & leave you with no-respect while moving out of the concern. Leadership team is much political to play their roles
