Dislikes

Work Culture Senior Management and HR is very unsupported any time sack to work , no any reason, HR is always support senior Management Boss , Lower level employee no value in this company, TA and DA hold in 2 months then senior boss approve then release no any HR policies in company. It is monopolic company rules by senior manager.

Only salary is credited on last working day of the Month.

Dislikes

No any support from Head Office. Even SO has to do 50 calls per day till 8.30hrs. Company expect minimum 40 calls as productive and it is 39 then also you will be marked absent. Worst culture. No holiday even on Festivals.

I was worked 2 yrs in patanjali biscuits and confectionery division vinay Nayak (zsm) behaviour is very rudely,warst person,he can't be able to handle employees and give wrong comments for employees for salary. And he told company not increment for salary ho are worked 2 ,3 yrs for DSM.

Likes

Upper management is too good. Working style is also to good. They give good environment for skills development.

Dislikes

Here is lots of political manner. Salary and career growth status is too low and slow. Middle management Working style is weak. Middle management doesn't address lowers management issues. Appraisals are unfair.

...mers are their employees and there it lacks way behind in employee satisfaction. One can not expect even an average increment in yearly salary and for those who are part of the Sales & Marketing devision, the scenario is even worst as the management takes more than a year to release the incentives and wait till it's last breath to either receive the resignation or to replace an employee who has performed very well for the company and is waiting for his/her incentive of over 1 lac to get released.
