He never pay the salary to the employee of the month an employee leaves his company and take it in written that he has already paid in lieu of experience cum relieving letter. 8. He gives his negative feedback for the employee who left his company to the company which his past employee just joined. 9. He is a 75 years old man but doesn't know how to speak and behave with the people. 10. After leaving his company, nobody can join his competitor's. This thing he mentions in the appointment letter. He is so insecure. 10. In his company's offer letter he never mentions the salary offered nor the complete break up of the salary. NEVER EVER JOIN SUCH AN BAD COMPANY
