The promotors of this firm are very experienced and they know what they are building. Lot of learning opportunities for those who are not from the industry. Nothing new for people who are from the industry.

Dislikes

Politics and favouritism is a major problem people face. Only those who they want to grow, grow here. Nothing to do with how much value you add from KRA perspective. Only work doesn't help. Buttering is very much needed. If you can manage to keep your senior management happy under all circumstances they will give you growth. Productivity se kuch lena dena nahi hai.
