There was nothing to like. They call their permanent employees and inform them not to come to work from the next day, effectively dismissing them without notice. This is how they treat their permanent employees

...e. If you happen to have a few off days, they'll dismiss you without hesitation. I even stayed with them during times when they used to split the salary into two parts.

At Rubiscape, we are so lucky that it’s been two years we haven’t got the bonus and compensation. Only managers are promoted to director or to senior level, and revised compensation within 3 -6 months. In front of client they will say that company got million dollar deal. But to us “company is in financial crisis” so do not ask for compensation or bonus. It is so amazing that the manager will take your credit of your work, And if they dont like anything personally (even you haven’t violated any company policy or rule) without thinking they will kick you out just because of personal grudges 😄.

Everything is good. How dare to someone would talk bad about this company?

Likes

Good learning experience at early stage. Got good exposure to multiple technologies without making senior junior partiality.

Dislikes

Increments are lesser than market. Sometimes delayed in salaries. Some managers do micromanagement.
