This organization just take advantage of your situation don't pay salary on time.Timings are strict and work life balance is zero .They expect 100% hardwork from you but they don't promise any job security or even salary. Pathetic team lead Swetha Karri she only thinks about her own benefits will never listen to your issues only speak about her own benefits. I request you all do not work with this organization they hire you for 2 months of contract period and end it whenever they wish.No guarantee of your hard earned salary you will only receive fake dates and promises.

Management, payment, they dont pay trainer after training is done. And firstly they will ask you to manage transportation by yourself and then they will not reimburse that bill. The employees will block you after you have worked for them.

They don't pay salary, nobody receives call, nobody gives any reply on email. They call, and assign you work. After completing project they don't make the payment. Neither they receive call nor they give any reply on email. Worst organisation.

I like the training which I have done over 2 months here and got promoted as an employee..

...any is like in a date 3 to 4 time just we have to do the login logout of break.. And once we miss that they will deduct the salary of 400 for and everytime only doing the calling for candidates I don't like.. But also I have learnt the few things very well here..

... any program , so uneducated for chirstmas they are giving holiday at 24th dec . Most imp they only find a scope to cut salary . Doing check in check out and sending report 3 times in a day is most irritating , and if we don't do those on time , they deduct salary , and they don't even open the report and see , and if there is any mistake in the report then also they will not poke you . Most 3rd class company , clients are also same , Total wastage of time , not even good for start up also . TL speaks rubbish about RM infront of the employee , They say us to make fake acc for work , Except calling in these 6 month i did nothing . RM used to give us thread that she will make us out from the job , After working 6 months they didnot gave me my payroll slip and not even experience letter . RM is a big lier . Dhaniya and Praver never came to see what work we are doing ,& They didn't had a single metting with us . TL had her common word that RM is shouting upon her everytime , she don't used to do any single work , not even QC . She used to give all her work pressure upon us . please take the review seriously and don't waste your energy and time over here . 0 scale of communication skill and seniors they don't even know how to speak proper in english , Highly unprofessional . After working for 8hrs they give only 11,800 and RM say's that any other company will not provide more then this . Meetings are held over conference so cheap . Most worst experience , Words of both TL and RM are very bad . They used to shout upon every short of things . Take it very seriously and then apply over here .
