...ibrated among themselves and are always ready to blame it on their subordinates. Salary date is 1st of every month but i never got it before 5th of every month and due to which i missed on paying my EMI's. The worst part is if you miss on taking break due to any reason your whole day salary is deducted. When working on a higher role it is obvious that due to meetings and other work load u tend to forget to take break and this is where they hit you on commercial. You should mandatorily take 3 breaks if u miss to take even 1 your that day salary will be deducted no matter how hard u might have worked. Also for FnF they will never pay you full they deducted amount for bad/blur selfie.

... check in check out after every hour as if this is the task to be performed. 2. They deduct salary if the selfie taken while doing check in and check out is deviated. It goes for approval to Manager and then Senior Manager as they are giving salary 1 lakh per month. 3. Unprofessional behavior of all the HRs working over there. 4. Salary will always be delayed. For Salary there is a process they will follow to generate the invoice . In that invoice there will be deduction if you have not check in check out on time and have not send 3 reports on time. There is a cycle of salary from when you joined till 24th of any date. That means I will be receiving my salary till 24th but we receive on 1st week of month and that too will be delayed sometimes. 5. For them sending of reports and check in check out while taking the proper selfie is more important than doing the task. 6. First they tell you that we will provide you the phone recharge and you don't recharge as per the company policy and then after they say that recharge your phone on your own. Worst company ever worked

This organization just take advantage of your situation don't pay salary on time.Timings are strict and work life balance is zero .They expect 100% hardwork from you but they don't promise any job security or even salary. Pathetic team lead Swetha Karri she only thinks about her own benefits will never listen to your issues only speak about her own benefits. I request you all do not work with this organization they hire you for 2 months of contract period and end it whenever they wish.No guarantee of your hard earned salary you will only receive fake dates and promises.

I like the training which I have done over 2 months here and got promoted as an employee..

Dislikes

...any is like in a date 3 to 4 time just we have to do the login logout of break.. And once we miss that they will deduct the salary of 400 for and everytime only doing the calling for candidates I don't like.. But also I have learnt the few things very well here..

The team is unprofessional they do not check emails only timepaas they don't know how to perform their task on right time very lazy team. They even Don't know how to write an email. Very low salary. Specially Pune team are pathetic culture.
