Mental harrasment with every manager in this organization is least idea makers, they don't know how plan the work. All data integrity works are done here. No point of joining these organization and senseless company.

Sunday work , increment policy March To March , canteen cost employee 50%pay & Company 50% 2nd Shift Dinner not available

1) Learning opportunity as it one of the growing company so you get lots of learning opportunity 2)some HR policy are good

1) Joining bonus is one of the horrible terminology HR department have 2) strictly time no relaxation u have to present within 5 min of your shift time

Teammates are good and helping nature of teammates and I learned new things here no any issue regarding salary and also traveling facility is good

Everything is satisfied ....But one thing is canteen facility not good

Only HR (recruitment team) is good. They are very professional but Operation HR team is really goons here.

Very bad experience in my whole career. I am giving true and honest review of mine without any biasness. Join only when you have no any option and stuck totally in your professional life Very very bad culture, fully groupism. Old employees formed a group here and don't want new joinee to stabilize.
