they can just fire you anytime without giving any proper reason and notice. They take employment as a joke.Management is just so insane. Dirty politics inside. There is no job security there. If you are there please keep search for other job, you can be fired anytime soon.

If I sit & think through the journey till now in Rtbrick: Its a great & good feeling about the quantum of opportunity experienced, & also the customer experiences. In short time, I have got more opportunities to be on the toes to complete multiple tasks which also added more self-confidence. I would like to say a great place to learn, adapt & execute/accomplish the defined objectives in short duration. 3. Monetary benefits overall is on par with industry standards based on our skills-sets & experience.
