I have had a fantastic experience working at RST. The work life balance here is exceptional, allowing me to manage personal and professional life commitments effectively. Management is supportive and approchable. Salaries are almost paid on time, which adds to overall job satisfaction. Colleagues are friendly, helpful and truly make the workplace enjoyable.

As of now nothing, but management have to work on internal compliance & welfare of staffs.

Extremely unprofessional people, they are using all outdate technologies. Zero management and zero rules they follow. HR is Highly unprofessional and use worst language at office premises.

Working at RST Solutions has been very comfortable because of its work culture. The company feels like a family. RST Solutions gives us freedom to express our ideas and thoughts making it very easy to be a part of huge projects

Being a new employee, I Like the People -colleagues working here, who are so professional and friendly, Like the work culture and work life balance and the opportunity we get to explore in terms of learning or be it presenting to others
