Very bad politics in work place all senior employee very rudely behavior for senior employee.compny not support employee in lockdown.team work is very dirty.

When company needs you then thwy gave you bonus, increment when their work completes then thay took everything back, and transferred to another sister company with reduced salary, so you have 2 option either quit job or work with less salary

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that I am the part of this company that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleague come from different background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes. Manager Do not value an individual unique strength, which is why I have to taken back my suggestions sometimes. I do appreciation from my colleagues but this mostly get unnoticed at the time of my appraisal.
