User team develop unnecessary heavy pressure to civil team for finish the project before the time.

...ough many useless people have been fired which is good for such an organisation. RSPL is paying full salary to all its employees either they are working from home or they are attending office. This is a bad move. There must be a criteria for people to be fully dedicated towards working.

It was a good experience working here the team is supportive and senior listen to your queries and help resolve them but the various units of plant management are not good. The civil HOD sitting at kanpur head office was a very good person and always supported their team members.

Dislikes

Growth is less and salary too... Plant manager can be good or bad depending on the units you are posted so maintain co-ordial relationship with them. There is lot of internal politics that one has to be aware of. Every single person working at RSPL thinks that they have got a government job and they are happily settled because most of them comes from UP region. Specially the person sitting at head offices.

Good Joining hike. Mon-Friday Working. Regular appraisals. Diwali Festive Bonus.

Lala Culture. Feeling of slavery. Lack of independent decision making. Unjustifiable Discrimination amongst employees based on their rank.

RSPL group is a good company, the most important thing is that salary is paid on time, and there is no much pressure, it is a secure job.And there is a lot to learn as well.

Dislikes

According to me RSPL Group should be better than before.
