The salary package is comparatively lower compared to other companies with same experience level. Negotiate properly to have a good salary package while joining.
Behaviour of senior is disrespectful, no work life balance, senior puts you down mentally and they reduce the salary by saying performance is not good and violating the terms of agreement.

1) No Work Life Balance.
2) If you break the bond and pay the bond money, there is no guarantee they they will give the experience letter. The employee is just harassed.
3) After Appraisal was declared, the employees are given another bond to sign as they want to keep people for long time.
4) There is no review performed by Managers and Director so the quality of end deliverables is poor and the resources do not learn about quality.
5) The HR does not take the feedback given by employees during the Exit Interview and still the ITSA department has lost all good resources.
6) No real time training of work is provided to employees. There is a training provided on 2 nd Saturday, but that is mostly irrelevant to the work.
