Hierarchy is very simple in the office, reachable Managers, partners directors etc. They guide you enough relating to work. Exposure is fair enough.

Dislikes

The policy of the organisation is worst among all. Once you resign all the payments due to you will be held, even though you are entitled to salary they will not pay you till the full and final settlement. During the audits we need to visit client places the travel and conveyance reimbursement takes forever to get credited to your account. Really disappointed with the management for having and continuing such policies.

Salary on time. Increment yearly based on performance. Work life balance is there.

The salary package is comparatively lower compared to other companies with same experience level. Negotiate properly to have a good salary package while joining.

Behaviour of senior is disrespectful, no work life balance, senior puts you down mentally and they reduce the salary by saying performance is not good and violating the terms of agreement.

Good clients and few seniors are cooperative.

This place is not at all a good place to work. They don't pay you when you are not having any engagement in hand due to no fault of yours. There is communication gap between seniors due to which you have to suffer both mentally and financially. Overall pathetic place to work.

... and admin teams take no responsibility and i dont know why are they even hired. As a company policy, they deduct salary for no reasons and when you ask reason, they will not reply anything. Management is very selfish and just knows how to make money and keep in their pockets (especially during covid, they deducted salaries and made huge money for themselves). Post Covid, all saturdays are working now. There is no system of escalation of any issue. Please do not join this firm... You will regret in all terms.
