...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

My experience was good. The stands on their policies. Initial management was very good and they give importance to employees. Later it is changed due to change of Management.

...e manager never disclosed the strength of his subordinate to the top management. They never argue and get some salary hike for the supporters.

Likes

The hybrid model is good and work life balance is average.

Dislikes

The promotions are really slow and annual hike is poor as well. The HRs are bad at it when you raise the same. They will start finding your faults once you raise such an issue.
