Yes it can be improve hexaware give good experience but in salary they can improve if the person working for 12 month and more they should recognise and appreciate and designation can be change to senior not for saying senior but as an designation

I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.

Dislikes

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.

...is a good company but hexaware Technologies BPO process is worst than anything.. Nothing there to learn, salary issue etc etc

Organisation is over ok if you are in learning phase, you will learn many things only if your department management is good

Dislikes

Only drawback of this organisation is there pathetic salary structure there is no fixed in-hand salary if you are at executives or even at SME level, salaries are beneficial only for manager and above bands, there is no work life balance

Operations Team under the leadership of Harjeet, Balaji and Kirrit Patel.

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.
