There is a lot of politics and the management does not address issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joining.

...ition benifit only food accomandation,this company can not have a leave,parhaps can take a leave dedication salary,job security is poor,hear carrier is not growth but work satisfication is good,but rainy season company give final (NOC) with out notice period.

...tem is very poor,hear no aduit,no training, meeting,only work,as per you focous.or salary can't take proper time,one month salary holding his company found.
