Good work environment and culture. Company policy are very good and management are good . Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joining.

Because hear manegement system is very poor,hear no aduit,no training, meeting,only work,as per you focous.or salary can't take proper time,one month salary holding his company found.

Hear working process is very different because this company is under all family members,hear manegement process is not good, project manager is not responsiblity,in any employee....
