RS used to be a great place to work when I did my first stint in the company from 2018-2020. After COVID and lockdown the company changed its work culture completely.

Dislikes

...h they can complete a module is very different from an experienced candidate. You can negotiate a good salary hike while joining, but don't expect good salary hikes when the new fiscal year starts. If you get a promotion your job title changes, but you get no new benefits. The work hours ridiculous these days. You are expected to put atleast 11-12 hours per day irrespective of wfh or work from office. You can be on leave, yet you still be asked to join meetings and online discussions. The most irritating part is that most weekends we have to work as well.

Work environment was very good. Colleagues were helpful and friendly. Other positive points are Work life balance, work from home facility & timing flexibility .. RS Life was awesome. It was family.

Salary was not satisfactory..

Good team members who are skilled at their specific tasks. Good training and grooming programs are provided to new joinees.

... in the same domain. Work life balance is poor and requires day or night shifts. Salary is extremely poor.

Poor company culture and terrible compensation benefits doesn’t make it a good place to work. Not all folks working there are professional so that may lead to a poor working environment.

I'm currently working on revolutionizing the payments with a groundbreaking approach that hasn't been tried yet.The prospects are incredibly promising and the client expectations are equally high. The work itself is exciting, involving cutting-edge technology that's both challenging and rewarding. The work culture is another highlight, with supportive colleagues and management who genuinly understand employee challenges and are always willing to help.

Dislikes

At times, the project plans deviate from expectations, but this is common challenge accross industry. Additionally, the timelines can be occassionally be quite tight.
