Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Students can enjoy, every line of the book and will be fed by the teacher.

Dislikes

Teachers will be treated as company workers, and only by the report of the coordinator teachers will be graded. So, always will try to be good to the coordinator not to the institute. A very big minus point is the principal of the school, she doesn't know either the rules of CBSE or the administration and behaves like a receptionist. With full of make-up and shows a smiling face always even when parents come with serious issues. Worthless.
