Students can enjoy, every line of the book and will be fed by the teacher.

Dislikes

Teachers will be treated as company workers, and only by the report of the coordinator teachers will be graded. So, always will try to be good to the coordinator not to the institute. A very big minus point is the principal of the school, she doesn't know either the rules of CBSE or the administration and behaves like a receptionist. With full of make-up and shows a smiling face always even when parents come with serious issues. Worthless....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
