Below are the issues I faced in RPM inc India Coimbatore office : 1. My offer salary not credited in first month. 2. Last month they credited mistakenly 2 salaries one I have sent back to company account as it’s clerical error as per HR. 3. They didn’t credited my full LTA amount I have to fight for it and explain the calculation to finance and HR manager taking multiple calls. 4. They installed Prohance application in my system to monitor away activities of employees which is very inhuman. 5. They didn’t conducted my exit interview. 6. It’s new office and most of the things need to be smooth out in employees favour so that they can retain top talent employees from top firms can’t sustain there work culture. 7. Huge grouping in company it has only 180 employees so management need to be proper. 8. In my offer letter my notice period is 30 days they increased it to 90 days without informing me as per Indian employment law both parties need to be agreed. 9.I love working hare but this company need to hire new HR team which will hire not cheaper employees but top talented people as it’s size is too small and to pull the burden of unproductive employees it need strong top talent.
