Company is good,wanted to put good culture,but they are hired selfish,non productive paracites, who to save their jobs by resuffle the diwnlines.If thay were not capable why should started new div.and if it floops why they put all discredits to ABM and RBMs .

...rporate office and Mr.Rajib Das told me that company is withdrawing Impulse Div.because thay feel difficulty to pay salay even and forced me to give papers although I was requested them to put me in other(main) div.but they told me that they haven't any vacancy.How thay claims that have "Great place to Work"when job security and employs satisfaction was not there,They have to withdraw there div.which was there with them for 7-8 years,I have worked only one year with them and among my five team mates two were high flyares(Among tip 10 performers of company),where was my fault.

It's good company , five days working it's really good, company provides all the facilities to employee

Currently they are hire employee on third party roll and on this third party pay roll there is no job security.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics salary is okay but expences is very poor and very bad career growth is very poor in rpgls.
