No team structure. once a month HR will connect and will ask you is everything fine that's it. You will not get to know who are all part of your team.

I got a call directly that your profile looks fine and you will be slected so please share the Pan and adhar number but make a note that RPAi will credit the salary in some-others a/c not in your a/c. How can I trust these words when you these documents are very important for finanacial purpose and scammers are in hunt to get these details. So I decline the ask to share, but its not a god practice from he employter side to ask for such details before even joning them.
