This was the first job in which I worked in customer service in the airport for a very long time in the ground handling service.it was an amazing experience in which I learn a lot about how to interact with customers and how to sell the product up-selling..and work culture also was very friendly..and use to work as a team..and management also good. always they were helpful to staff...and they brought new service like meet and greet services....and company policies even it was good...i miss that place a lot the working culture allso good..i worked their till 7years and becz it's a good place to learn about their airport industry...even In covid time also they provide good facilities to the employe...and management always very helpful..and working culture also was good....
