Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.

Everything is bad the whole name Amazon is of no use , they only degrade indians and employees they bring in as contractual ones .

Nothing the management was so bad and so does the process. The tool AC3 Is full of @hit and they did not work to update it and we had to endure all the bugs and glitches of a tool that is in its beginning phase and helping customers of Amazon hope foreigners see this and complain to amazon

Everything from management to salary as it was very low salary and we were like scammed as we were told we would get 1250 excluding salary for WFH allowance but when our salary came it was included in the salary

Management people don’t take any feedback seriously, they just want numbers. very low salary hike and building indirect pressure on employees. HR connect is very rare. They also do not listen to any point of employee, do not clear any doubts before and after hiring.

...work culture. Everyone treats you with respect. No unrealistic job expectations. Salary is at par with others. I believe no-one is offering this for inbound process with absolutely no sale or any other targets but on performance.

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance as they have rotational shifts. You aren't supposed to take leaves during peaks. Night shifts will definitely take a toll on health. Monotonous job with absolutely no hope of growth.

...polite and friendly who will work exceptionally well to help you grow and excel. Apart from this I was paid very well and the salary was always credited without any delay even during pandemic. Also there were so many great initiatives and programs taking place virtually, winning some of the programmes you would be awarded with Amazon Giftcard. The management team is great here. One important thing about job security is, I received an offer for full time contract role of 6 months and it wasnt extended due to business requirements. There are several departments in Customer Service at Amazon, once you are done with 6months experience, you can again sit for assessment (if there are any vacancy) and then maybe you are alloted to new role. Everything here is a memory for me. Proud Amazonian.

Job was completely based on contract basis. There are very less chances for gaining technical skill if you work in customer service department but you still can gain a lot of skills if you work in technical departments. Very strict working hours. During my tenure at Amazon due to pandemic I had to work from home so there are not many things I didn't like about working here.
