There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

Salary is not on time. Directors speak to you in abusive manner. They abuse and mistreat you. The office environment is very toxic. They do not know what they want. You will be given a different role compared to your job profile. Shift timings are 10 to 6 but the bosses want you to stay after shift timing for nothing. The company itself is in crisis borrowing big loans from every individual. The boss does not like any employees to mix with any other employees, he likes to get in his employee's personal life. If you want a better career do not choose this company.

...mployees to gpay 5000 and more and uses employees credit cards to pay sometimes. Salary is never never on time. He has a very very bad attitude. He doesn't tell you in advance if he is in a bad mood you will be fired for no reason. There are no benefits in the company you don't even get Diwali sweets forget about the bonus. There is no training you have to learn everything on your own. Company culture very very very toxic please if any of a good looking girls or ladies are looking to join here you are joining he'll. If you are married also he will still try for you and give you options. And when he sees there is no scope you are out of the company. So do not give away your peace for a company like this.

Work environment is great. Staff is very helpful and supportive. I admire the flexibility and understanding the management gives to the employees. There are a lot of bad comments been put up by Ex employees who have been ask to leave as they were not performing and not fulfilling the part they were given Just want to clarify that no company ask you to leave when you're doing your work properly and there are employees who are in this company for more then 15 years. So all the comments that have been put up are baseless and wrote out of frustration.

Best company to work with, colleagues are very supportive and also Deven Sir(MD and CEO)..he is an amazing personality always trying to boost morale of employees..A truly self made man who continuously inspires through hard work and dedication👍
