Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Work environment is great. Staff is very helpful and supportive. I admire the flexibility and understanding the management gives to the employees. There are a lot of bad comments been put up by Ex employees who have been ask to leave as they were not performing and not fulfilling the part they were given Just want to clarify that no company ask you to leave when you're doing your work properly and there are employees who are in this company for more then 15 years.
