People doesn’t give importance to talent they prioritise beauty a girl with beauty is given lot of respect though she is not evn undergraduated girl with talent and knowledge is disrespected

Management, frequent transfers from one store to another. official working hours are 10.5 hrs which is against labor laws. overtime on weekends, no appreciation from managers. employee treatment is not fair. lot of politics.

Not much because no one support here and they always transfer the duty to other person to be free the don't thing to help and resolve

... the product. Their us no good increment if we get them don't get that on basic. No company can decrease basic salary is they aren't increasing but this company do. I don't know why
