... the product. Their us no good increment if we get them don't get that on basic. No company can decrease basic salary is they aren't increasing but this company do. I don't know why
Each and everything comes under dislikes
1. Worst Management No one knows anything.
2. No job security, you can not be sure if tomorrow your job will be there or not. Anytime without any reason anyone can sac you
3. 10.30 hrs is the official duty hours, unofficial is of no limit. They don't bother about Indian labour law.
4. You even can't expect any help from HR also as they also don't know if there job will be there or not on tomorrow
5. Product quality and service is the worst. Only 5 service person for whole state. But management not ready to invest more for staff.
6. Since company believe is hire and fire method so they keep back up Manager in same store. So that 2nd one can handle after first one. Same thing happened for me.
I will highly recommend for job seeker not to go with this company even if you are jobless.
After Sales service is pathetic even the owner doesn't care for the same. Customer is always suffering after buying the product
