I never feel that i am working for salary in Royalmart. But i feel its my responsibility to fulfill the positions. Automatically Management come to know my hard work. There is no reporting Manager for me in this organization. This is what nature of work in Royalmart

Dislikes

Royalmart is started with Malayali people. By having regional partiality, they use to hire the employees from Kerala only. Once i join in this organization, i started picking up the Talented one.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
