I dislike Everything - 1. 12hrs working 2. They lie about accommodation 3.They warn you everyday that you will be fired 4. For learning the company is very good but for earning the company is worst. Increment one in two years. Tremendous work pressure but remuneration is nothing as per work pressure.

Very bad pay structure. No facility other than monthly salary. MD always pay attention in the computer of everyone like examiner of a school.

What I like about working at royal is exposure to every area. During covid -19 company deducted salary of every one by 10% which is not good as during lockdown we worked more than the normal time.

Dislikes

Increment is in every two year which is not good.No weekly off which is very hectic.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
