Only the things I liked was casual dressup culture. Sometimes you will get a boss who is completely dull compared to you and lesser qualified (not even graduate) than you. This will help you to give various "golis" to your boss.

Dislikes

No proper salary structure. Once they will came to know that u are searching for jobs they will start torturing you by cutting you variable pay without any appraisal discussion. Travel policy is terrible. You will not get proper reimbursement or limit for travel.

The thing which I like in royal Enfield that when any riders come in my workshop and when I attend him and the satisfaction of the rider gives me goosebumps for my job as my job is related with customer interaction so I supposed that when I resolve different kind of different people this is the thing I like very much

Vision for the Service Market Share is invisible. Targets doesn't gets finalized till the end of the Year. There is no proper Logical KPIs. Senior Management shows a Good Visionary Targets but Roll-Out & Execution Plan is missing every Year.
