...flatform and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of a politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Shreya autoworld alambagh dealership is a very bad branch.it has not given me a my whole 1 month may salary.gurmeet singh who is service manager who has bad intention and vulger pass comment for office girls and fire from office without any perior notice.i talked to owner of this dealership gagan singh regarding my salry.but still he did not give me my 1 month salry.pls. give me my 1 month salary. ...itics was the main role which places much and it won't allow us to move forward. And the second one the salary,not suitable for your working. Finally the career growth,the dealership won't allow us to get more training and also won't support us to become an employees at the production side.

Working with royal Enfield family has made me full with enthusiastic . As we all know that royal Enfield provides a sence of strenght and rustic charm The attraction towards the royal Enfield makes me more happy as I some or the other belongs to this family also. At last i would only say that working here fills my heart with pleasure and joy. I do job there which is very informative I learnt dedication determination Every employee is good in mentally and also physically.

...the job It's just that I feel I m not reward enough for my work I do for them... No promotion is there I m doing job here 4 years no growth If we take our salary or position.
