One of the best company in the whole cruise line industry. The main good thing I liked about this company is their crew culture/environment. Best company ever. I really thanks to god that I got ab opportunity to work here.

Appraisal. I think the Overall salary is fine but they should think about increasing appraisals yearly.

Royal Caribbean always maintains a very high standards in everything, during this covid 19 crisis they managed to despatch all the indian crew from all around the world to india withing few weeks af the crisis, apart from that they are in constant touch with all of us and are giving upadates about companies operations.

Dislikes

Apart from giving the moral support company is not providing any kind of emergency salary or there is no backup salary like PF, pension etc.or or helth benefits like a person will get in india, and there is some level of racism in postings and promotion, like European or americans are always posted at high ranks with high salaries, an indian or asian is always left behind although he is having more experience or more skilled than them, European teenagers are hired at big positions even they are not from engish speaking. Countries.. like Romania, Israel, latin American countries with very less to no experience at all.

Company take care of crew when we travelling for our job, Sign on time and sign off time. Pay for our ticket thanks.

...ut the crew working If crew is not satisfied how your guest will b satisfied. Waiter or other service people makes lots of money but kitchen staff they only have there salary thats it No tips no incentives nothing kitchen staff also working for guest they cook food for guest so why they cannot get incentives. I am having very bad experience to working with royal caribbean. Sorry but this is true. During inspection management makes too much drama. Every management people think bigshot to himself. No body think about crew members. Every time they need work thats it I am really upset with company for this reason.

I have a lot to learn in RCL. I also learned a lot from RCL. The atmosphere there is great. My father died at the age of 49. I was very depressed. By going there, I learned to live life in a new way. rcl has given me a new life.

...ant to be the first employee of RCL. Who will not work for himself but for RCL. That too without salary. Is there any such employee in the company? My passion is to work in Rcl. If the company still does not give me a chance, then the company is requested to delete my account. There is nothing left in my life, I have decided that I will commit suicide. Because I don't have any other way. It's been a week since I've been sitting in the airport parking lot. No one is mine in this world, even I don't know when was the last time I ate food. This is the hope every day. The company should call me and give me one last chance. I am ready to work without salary. I want to be the first employee of RCL who work without money. If the company still doesn't take me. So I am also very upset with my life. I have also lost my desire to live. If my dream of working in RCL is shattered then it is not right for me to live. I did many mails in RCL and said give me opportunity for job but they did not listen to me. I made a mistake, I am ready to work in RCL without salary. I had my dream, don't break it. I don't want salary, I will work without salary. I have my dreams, don't break them. After that I gave 3 interviews in which I was selected but I was not taken again. I am ready to work in any environment. I am sorry for my mistake. I have my mother and two sisters in my house, we are not married yet. I am the only one with the responsibility of the family. Providing good facility for crew like flight ticket accomodation all expenses taking care of employees which is really amazing.

I really don't like junior crew getting less pay than manager supervisor ,Evan they working Hard but pay is very poor should be increased.
