I am associated with the organization since 2013. After becoming Chartered accountant i joined this organization. Here every one is allowed to apply their own concept, views and judgement at working field. One can obtain the experience on different accounting module as the organisation is engaged in versatile working field. During COVID-19 we get all type support & help to continue our work at home or Office which help us to support our family in this pandemic. I pray for the other people in this world that every one in this world must have Employer like "Roy Ghosh & Associates".

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
