Dislikes

Poor management Favouritism No growth No learnings Poor increments Undefined HR policies Roxtec Group is great but not Roxtec India Its an MNC but the indian office operates like a Lala Company. Will not recommend this company if you are in mid or early stages of your career.

Very good company and excellent work culture. Lot of learning and growth for deserving employees. Senior management across the globe gives on the job training and support to sales and business. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
