They have good work culture, flexible and friendly work environment but salary is very important for employees to survive in any organization and in ROSTAN that is the only negative point that they provide very low salary which makes very hard for any employee to stick around this organization for long time.

I am Anjana Sharma the work is good in all aspects of my professional life. helping team. easy and fast learning environment. No work pressure. HR. team is proactive. Helping project managers. Seniors are helpful and well-skilled. I can't say anything about salary increment because it's my first year, but overall, everything is fine.

There are lost of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings and great exposure at an early level of your career. Management of the company is very good, everything is organized very well. Work-life balance is superb.
