...he work time was good, but after work if work left so the overtime was not paid. To us soo if we get atleast over time payment it's fine and good. Other wise we can work only one proper company timing.

Working overtime is not payed to us only we have to work simple with out a proper tools and equipment. We Couldn't work proper at the time so it's not ower fault.at least we work for OT means they have to pay some amount for that time. So i don't like in this situation

Here i am working as a manufacturing engineer in boeing project such as F -15,F -18, T -7A and MQ -25, in this project various types of things i have been learning day to day.

Here office timing and leave related problems we are going face too much.

1.Heavy Partiality. 2.As per company rules Saturday & Sunday is Holiday, But management will call for every Saturday to work. 3.Everyday stay will be there 4.Management is not good. 5.Pressurized work.

Delay in appraisal and it's based on your relation with your team lead or manager. No one will know you if u work sincerely but everyone will know you if NVA and hyper active in front of management.

Carrer growth is slow, on contract, little politics, growth only for favoured people..not able to learn new skills
